Circuit Gym Equipment
This equipment is brand
new and has never been used. We are not a
commercial company. This is a genuine sale and we
are only trying to recoup a reasonable percentage
of the sum initially invested. It was imported
from America, and our intention was to set up a
circuit gym, but unfortunately due to trouble with
planning permission with one premises and a
complicated lease arrangement with another, this
sadly never got off the ground.
We are now
offering for sale the complete package with
consists of the 14 hydraulic machines, 20 ramps,
together with a fat analyser, height stadiometer,
posters, manuals, roughly 100 pedometers, music
(each track is 140 BPM and up) and cue disc with
30 second interval prompt, and prompts at every
7.5 minutes for pulse rate count.
Hydraulic
Machines
This fitness equipment is designed for
the circuit training environment. The package
comprises of 14 pieces of hydraulic equipment,
selected to give a complete body work-out, working
all muscle groups. The equipment provides
cardiovascular and resistance exercise, which
builds strength and endurance. Each machine is
designed to work two major muscle groups.
The
hydraulic cylinders are of the highest commercial
quality, with an easily adjustable six position
valve, which gives six levels of dual resistance
on each machine. This provides variable resistance
throughout the full range of motion. (The
adjustment knob firmly snaps to each position).
The basic frame for each machine is built of 2”
round 11 Gauge steel tubing. The yokes, handles,
and other parts are made of various materials
appropriate to each stress situation.
